Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate (UG) Courses:
The candidates must have passed the 12th grade with minimum 55% from a recognised board. Additionally, admission is usually through CUET (Common University Entrance Test). - Postgraduate (PG) Courses:
For PG Courses, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% - PhD Programmes:
For a Master’s degree in the concerned subject, candidates must have at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories).
Admission Process- Step By Step
The admission process can be done through the online portal. The candidates must visit the official website. The steps are given below-
1. An application must be submitted for CUET (UG or PG courses) through the official NTA website.
2. The second step is regarding the entrance test i.e. students must appear for the CUET exam.
3. Based on the CUET scores, counselling will be decided and the shortlisted candidates must submit the documents and complete the admissions process at CUAP.
Scholarships & Financial Assistance
The university offers scholarships and financial assistance to underprivileged students.
- National Scholarships: Students are eligible for government schemes like Post-Matric Scholarships, National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students (NFST), and Merit-cum-Means Scholarships.
- State & Central Schemes: Andhra Pradesh government scholarships for SC/ST/OBC/Minority students apply.
- UGC/Research Fellowships: For PhD students with JRF/NET qualifications.
