The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has formally come up with the announcement for the 11th Food Analyst Examination (FAE, 2025). The entire examination process is expected to be done in 2026. The exam is held for the purpose of certifying food analysts only. There is no direct recruitment of vacancies through this exam. Those candidates who manage to clear all the levels will get a certificate of food analyst which will allow them to be hired by the state or central authorities as per the demand of the situation.

Application Process for FSSAI Food Analyst Examination
- Candidates are required to send their applications only via the officially designated Food Analyst Examination portal.
- Every detail related to the person, education, and experience should be accurately entered.
- Necessary documents should be uploaded following the given instructions.
- The examination fees are to be paid online and in the given installment if there is more than one.
- It is advisable to print out the application form after the submission of the online application and keep it at hand for further use.
Eligibility Criteria for FSSAI Examination 2026
