The Central University of Odisha (CUO) is a public central university which is located in Koraput, Odisha. The university is building and developing its advanced main campus at Sunabeda, Koraput which is well-equipped with advanced facilities. The university was established in 2009 under the Central Universities Act of 2009. It is fully committed to offering the best quality education and upliftment of all the students and the society in the region. Apart from this, it is fully funded and supported by the Government of India.

Admission Process and Eligibility Criteria
The procedure for admission is mentioned below with the eligibility criteria-
- Admissions are purely and mainly through the CUET exam, and candidates must appear and qualify for the exam to secure a seat in the university.
- The general eligibility criteria are that the candidate must have passed 12th grade with a minimum 55%.
Note: Some relaxations are given to reserved categories as per the governmental norms.
