Mizoram University is a central university established by an Act of Parliament in 2000. The university is located in Aizwal, Mizoram. The university is located in the sprawling campus of about 978 acres. Over the years, it has grown an infrastructure to facilitate students in their studies and promoted support services, academic programs. The university has also secured the NAAC A+ grade. It is further recognised for offering undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs. It has more than 40 affiliated colleges and one constituent college.
