The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) — formerly known as CUCET (Central Universities Common Entrance Test) — is now the single admission gateway for Central, State, Deemed, and Private Universities across India.
While Central Universities have always been at the core of CUET, a large number of State Universities now participate in CUET as well. This gives lakhs of students the opportunity to apply for multiple State-level institutions with a single CUET scorecard.
