Selection Process for IAF Agniveer Vayu Recruitment
- It begins with Phase I, consisting of an online Computer Based Test (CBT) on professional knowledge and aptitude.
- Candidates qualifying the online test shall be short-listed for Phase II which comprises Physical Fitness Test (PFT) to assess physical endurance and fitness standards.
- Phase II will also include an Adaptability Test for selecting candidates who will be able to adapt well to military life and operational conditions of the Indian Air Force.
- Document verification to ascertain eligibility, educational qualifications, and age is carried out during Phase-II.
- Candidates clearing all the previous stages of selection are called for Phase III, which includes medical examination as per IAF medical standards in detail.
- Final selection will be based on overall performance, medical fitness, and availability of vacancies.
